I was greeted with great service and a knowledgeable team. Josh was straight forward about repairs that needed attention now, and showed me the areas that were worn. Thank you, I ussually use Les Schwaab! Not anymore!

Robert was excellent. He was actually the one that answered my call when I was shopping around- knew I had to get tires but I didn't want to settle on the first place. He assured me Big O was the best price in town on tires and I didn't look anywhere else. He ordered my tires and they arrived the next day. Robert greeted me once I got there as if he remembered our conversation over the phone. Service was so quick and speedy and he even provided me a couple of recommendations for my vehicle. Thanks for being so trustworthy, friendly, with the best value in town. I'll be back at Big O in the future for sure. Thank you!!

Very nice staff and very helpful with my directional rims

I was visiting Chico and got a flat tire on the way up so I stopped by before they were open and they didn't hesitate to help even though they weren't open yet. Can't say enough good things about the staff and service here. Robert was great, he is very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely the type of employee any company would appreciate to have. Quick and reasonably priced service what else is there to ask for?

My husband worked for 18 years at a Big O Tires. That was a long time ago, but we still try to go there whenever possible. I was pleasantly surprised to know there was a chico store once again. I arrived by 8, & was greeted with awesome customer service. My oil change was quickly done & i was on my way in less than 30mins!
