I did an alignment groupon. zero issues. great service, no problems...

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The crew was friendly and the multi-point inspection was thorough. I waited in the lobby, it's clean and comfortable, the work was done in a timely manner. I was alerted to a repair my car will need that I had already known about and the quote for the repair is competitive with other shops. I will return for future vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I will return after I have a better feel for where my rattling noise is originating.

TOP NOTCH! This was my first visit to Big O Tires Chico. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendly manner of the staff. I was offered cold drinks several times by several employees and made to feel completely comfortable. The showroom was clean and nicely decorated with informative posters as well as a TV playing interesting automotive maintenance material and yet another TV with main stream morning shows! Josh, the gentleman whom I dealt with informed me of the condition of numerous parts of my vehicles drive train that were going to need attention in the near future which I appreciated,especially since he didn't make it seem like he was trying to sell me on doing the work now like so many repair shops will do. Bottom line is I highly recommend Big O Tires Chico to anyone.

Had brake inspection for upcoming trip. Discovered rotors got hot and need replacement. Not the news I wanted to hear but I have peace of mind now.

Use Groupons to take my daughter's car to get oil changed. Great service and an incredible price. There was an additional $8 fee for disposal but still a very good deal.

Just another shout to the guys down there at Big O Tires! this is now the second time they have gone above and beyond to get my car back on the road and running amazing! Service Engine Soon light was on in my Altima and the car started acting sluggish. The original quote I was given was too high for my money supply so I had to decline but within minutes the manager called back and explained they could fix it within my budget but with the understanding that more would need to be done within a reasonable amount of time. While they were doing the repairs, more parts broke as the car is now 17 years old, but they went out of their way to replace the parts either at or below cost in order to keep me within my original budget. I also want to stress this is not the first time they have done this as this is now my second experience with them (with separate vehicles).The crew was knowledgeable and friendly and this will def. be my go to when I need any maintenance, repairs, and eventually tires down the road. Big THANK YOU!
