I got my front brake pads done on 3/21/2019. Let me start by saying, what a great crew! I was greeted at my car by one of the mechanic's (Daniel, I think). James was at the counter when I entered and got the paperwork started (very professional/polite). I originally spoke with Josh on the phone & he oversaw everything going on with my car. He was extremely helpful. Tyler, was the mechanic that worked on my car. He bothered to explain to me what was being done and what to pay attention to in the future. I've always had good experiences with other Big O Tires in other cities but this was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

They got us in on a Saturday morning even though they were busy with a sale. The service was excellent and my tire was replaced quickly. I wasn't pressured to buy more but was informed of additional offers and why they would be beneficial. Great service and great experience. We will go back!

Very impressed with service. I was able to bring my vehicle in, tell the battery check. The shop was busy, but got it taken care of. Joshua was my service agent, did a very good job.

I think the name is Juan he was extremely helpful in helping me find the right tires for my vehicle. We ordered them 1 week prior to my arrival. My family and I went to eat dinner and they were done putting them on before we finished eating. Juan and Josh also let us know that we would need an alignment and they could provide the service as well if we needed. Thank you!

I never had anyone show me around my car and explain to me step by step what this means and that means. Jose had great customer service! and knows what he talking about not a pushy sales men that wants to take my money away. I needed brakes on my car and they were Affordable and super easy process. This is my new shop for sure and by far the best shop I've gone to nice and clean and bathrooms as well Who ever it's the boss of Jose he's lucky to have him as a employee great job big o tires.
