Big O Tires

I have an older truck, so they didn't have a filter in stock. Dispite that, they were still able to get the service done pretty quick.

After getting home and reading all the details of what was done to my car. There are a few things I want to clarify. I will be calling soon.

Very accommodating on short notice; no appointment needed. In for a wheel and tire switch and they checked brake & rotor condition...new brake pads needed and installed. Very happy with the install & service.

Had my 2 year old boy with me one of the employees gave my boy a balloon to play with while we waited it was very thoughtful of him to consider taking care of us both by entering him so great full for that made the wait enjoyable

Audio technicians were very respectful knowledgeable and helpful and explain the situations

Great service at an amazing price

My truck needed an alignment. I called on a Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. I showed up on Saturday and they everyone was great. I will definitely come back. They took care of my truck, and got it done fast! The guy in the front was the only person I talked to, and he was professional and helpful both on the phone and in person. I'll be coming back to you guys in the future!

I gave your store a 5 star rating, because Robert Guzman did his best to give excellent service, it was like he was the only one there to run the show, we kept getting interrupted by the phone calls, customer who come in should take precedent over phone calls. You need to have more than one person in the office in my opinion.
