1st time in the Chico Big O as a Campfire Survivor from Paradise where I went to Big O there but just bought a home in Chico so happy to be close to Big O here with friendly and quick service especially since I had to go in twice this week

Robert was excellent. He was actually the one that answered my call when I was shopping around- knew I had to get tires but I didn't want to settle on the first place. He assured me Big O was the best price in town on tires and I didn't look anywhere else. He ordered my tires and they arrived the next day. Robert greeted me once I got there as if he remembered our conversation over the phone. Service was so quick and speedy and he even provided me a couple of recommendations for my vehicle. Thanks for being so trustworthy, friendly, with the best value in town. I'll be back at Big O in the future for sure. Thank you!!

I so appreciated the manager coming out to my car. And the care that was taken to figure out what was needed to fix my car. I appreciated him taking a picture of the damage to show me up close(since I'm disabled). The work was done faster than I had expected as well.

I was visiting Chico and got a flat tire on the way up so I stopped by before they were open and they didn't hesitate to help even though they weren't open yet. Can't say enough good things about the staff and service here. Robert was great, he is very personable and knowledgeable. Definitely the type of employee any company would appreciate to have. Quick and reasonably priced service what else is there to ask for?

I was impressed by the fact that with no appointment, and on a Saturday, I was able to get my Toyota Corolla in for an alignment! Great customer service and excellent alignment job were done!
