I called made an appointment. Had to cancel and reschedule. Very nice got appointment very quickly dropped my car off. Was fixed in under the time they told me. Very pleased with everyone there. Would recommend them for anything. Thanks.

This is my second time at Big O. A few months ago I needed new tires on a new vehicle I purchased and I was more than pleased with the service. 15 years in chico and I've never took my business to Big O until then. Since then I've been getting reminder cards in the mail for an oil check and tire rotation and I knew that's where I would be going back. Sure enough, the service was just as good the second time around and I won't be going anywhere else if I can help it. Thank you for consistently high customer service. This time in the waiting room I could see everyone gets the same high quality service no matter how big or small the job. I love that Big O can service my car needs and it's more than just an oil change and tires. Thank you!

I believe I dealt with Josh I called around town for quotes and his customer service was by far the best in town. We got to talking about tires and I told him my price range and he showed me the best product that I could afford and it was also the best price in town, you have a great team i got a ride across town and by the time i came back my car was done thank you for the service I will always be a loyal customer.

Quick and easy! I used a groupon, and was made aware right away that I'd still have to pay tax. It was nice that they were so upfront and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. Will definitely go back!

My gosh! These folks were super nice and helpful with my tire! On the phone they were super polite and in store as well! When I can to get my tire put on I handed them my keys and they handed me a drink! The prices really are the best in town and all of them were so nice! I really cant stress enough how great of an experience it was. I felt that I could trust them and felt like I wasn't being pushed into buying more/a more expensive alternative. Thanks again guys! I'll be back for sure!!!
