fast service on oil change, check tires to see if I needed the requested rotation, but he said I didn't need it yet....They also did the inspection and made recommendations.

I am there very regularly for oil changes and regular maintenance, and they always let me know if they notice something else that needs to be done. They let me know whether it is a crucial fix or can wait (I always do it immediately anyway). They let me know if any prices have gone up or if there's any deals going on. Service is always good. It can be slow, but I'd rather it be slow and correct than quick and a half-assed job.

I wouldn't dream of going to any other shop

I have all good things to say about the Chico store, only bad things is the waiting area is 92-94 degrees the last two times I had work done, it's 110 outside and 93 inside, no cold water or drink vending machine to obtain a copy beverage, I was there over 2 hours getting a set of 4 tires and alignment looked like I had done the work. It's bad and not healthy for elderly customers.

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a tire shop! I believe the person who took care of me was the owner. He was super polite, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Place was very clean and didn't have that classic unpleasant tire/rubber smell while waiting. Was offered a coffee AND my white huskie was given a treat, which was the icing on the cake. Thank you again, will definitely be coming back to you guys :)

I have very high expectations about how my vehicles should be treated. The staff listened to my requests and did exactly what I wanted.

The building was very clean, the representative was extremely busy, yet took the time to acknowledge me, and appologized for the wait. He called as soon as he had an estimate, and called again to advise the car was ready for pick up. Very nice gentlemen working at BigO Tires in Chico.
