Big O Tires

Very thorough

I was pleased with the customer service at Big O tires. Thank you for your time and effort in the service that was needed on my car.

Used a coupon for a lesser quality oil that was not available on the last day of the coupon exp date. They honored that coupon rate anyway using a higher quality oil and inspected my vehicle fluids and all, even though the shop was very busy. I was offered a reasonable rate on an all wheel alignment, which I greatly appreciated and accepted. This shop has very reasonable rates, convenient service, fast experienced professional people, parking, and a wait area, soda, water, and restrooms.

I will buy tires here in December

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. I will continue to come back.

I think the name is Juan he was extremely helpful in helping me find the right tires for my vehicle. We ordered them 1 week prior to my arrival. My family and I went to eat dinner and they were done putting them on before we finished eating. Juan and Josh also let us know that we would need an alignment and they could provide the service as well if we needed. Thank you!

I never had anyone show me around my car and explain to me step by step what this means and that means. Jose had great customer service! and knows what he talking about not a pushy sales men that wants to take my money away. I needed brakes on my car and they were Affordable and super easy process. This is my new shop for sure and by far the best shop I've gone to nice and clean and bathrooms as well Who ever it's the boss of Jose he's lucky to have him as a employee great job big o tires.

I was very pleased with my experience. I appreciated "Jim" showing me my brakes and shocks and explaining everything to me. His attention to detail, level of professionalism, and customer service skills are outstanding. This is a rare thing now days. I normally get tires for my 3 vehicles at America's Tires, but with the Black Friday commercials, convenient location, and unprofessional/inexperienced/annoying kids at the other tire place, I decided to give Big O a try. It was great. Nicely done.

I wouldn't dream of going to any other shop

Good experience. Used a Groupon that didn't include parts of the regular service, which is not mentioned by Groupon. I suggest the same service whether you have a Groupon, Coupon or whatever. The shop made it right though!

Probably one of the best experiences I've had at a tire shop! I believe the person who took care of me was the owner. He was super polite, super helpful, super knowledgeable. Place was very clean and didn't have that classic unpleasant tire/rubber smell while waiting. Was offered a coffee AND my white huskie was given a treat, which was the icing on the cake. Thank you again, will definitely be coming back to you guys :)
