Big O Tires

I've had an overall very positive experience with Big-O- with some small caveats. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I was originally shopping for tires and Big-O had a very competitive price however, the shop did not have a road force balancing machine, which was a deal breaker for me. I've found through multiple experiences with both my work and personal vehicles that road force balancing provides a superior ride than standard balancing, especially with larger light truck and high performance tires. I bought tires from another vendor that offered road force balancing but did not offer alignments, so I came back to Big-O to have a four tire alignment (which comes with a six month warranty by the way...thankfully). They brought my out of alignment front end back into specification but stated there was no adjustment for the rear wheels. The LR toe was out of adjustment and the RR camber is out of alignment. After some research I found that the rear has adjustable toe links. I brought the car back, pointed out the toe links and Big-O brought the toe back into specification at no additional charge, but stated they still could not find any adjustability for the RR camber, which appears to be correct, unless an aftermarket camber bolt kit is purchased and installed. I am planning to purchase and install this kit and hope to bring my vehicle back to Big-O to have the camber brought into specification as well. I appreciate Big-O's willingness to continue to work with me on resolving my alignment issues!

Josh. Commented that the Tire Pressure Sensor was broken as it was found inside the tire that was replaced..he is attempting to fix it..but have not heard yet the results

Quick professional service at reasonable rates. This Big O Tires has friendly people that support a trustworthy environment. I was greeted respectfully and felt that this shop is run with a knowledgeable business hand.

I dropped my utility trailer off to get new tires on it - I thought the old ones were 5 years old, but the tech told me they were 15 years old! Yeah, not what you want to go transport a new motorcycle from The Bay. They were fast, helped me get the right size and fitment and made some welcome recommendations as to type of tire. Overall, real happy! I hope not to have tire problems, ever, but if I do, Big O Chico is at the top of my list. I've used Big O in other cities before and been treated real well, so it's obviously a key corporate ingredient in their customer ethos. I like using Big O because they are everywhere; in case I do have an issue, chances are virtually 100% whether it's my utility trailer, the RV or my truck, I can get help in a pinch. Now... when d'ye start doing motorcycle tires...? I've got 3 of those!!

The building was very clean, the representative was extremely busy, yet took the time to acknowledge me, and appologized for the wait. He called as soon as he had an estimate, and called again to advise the car was ready for pick up. Very nice gentlemen working at BigO Tires in Chico.

Came in with a nail in my tire, The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was quick and i was able to get back on the road fast.

I very much appreciate the service and the Snap Program. I was able to purchase four new tires which I never would have been able to purchase at one time. Everything , the service and the performance was excellent. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been if the service man knew beforehand that the Snap Program was a one time thing so that it would have allowed for an alignment after the installation of the tires. He did not know if it would be covered and gave me an appointment to come back, and then found out that it would no longer be covered. So I have to wait until I have money to get an alignment done. All besides that was a great service and experience.

I came in to check an issue I was having on my odometer and to replace wiper fluid. Staff was friendly and I will definitely come back.

Everything was great except one guy was short and rude to me. The guys name was Josh. I almost left because of his attitude. But Robert made up for it. He was very respectful and made me feel comfortable.

Robert is a breath of fresh air and I never feel overwhelmed when I talk to him. Tyler is the biggest sweetheart and does a great job.
