They got me in in a reasonable amount of time. They got my oil changed. Unfortunately they did not know nor did I that my car requires a specific brand of oil. They also did not know nor did I that my recently purchased BMW requires a computer to reset the oil service warning light. That being said, they directed me to a BMW service business who graciously reset the warning light for me. I will be going back to Guido's for future services on my BMW.

Wasn't aware of nitrogen charges at big o. I believe nitrogen charge is a gimmick and rip-off to consumers.

1st time in the Chico Big O as a Campfire Survivor from Paradise where I went to Big O there but just bought a home in Chico so happy to be close to Big O here with friendly and quick service especially since I had to go in twice this week

I have normally had a good experience here. I go to Big O for location/convenience. However my last experience resulted in pure frustration. I was quoted almost $2k in work, once I went to pay, the bill was over $200 more. It took over 45 minutes of MY time and 4 "ADAMENT No's" from me on not paying the extra $200 when it was their error. I was promised a phone call to discuss which I never got. Because of the 45 minute delay I missed a trip. I will most likely not have my vehicle or any of my other vehicles services there again.

I came in just before closing on Saturday with a flat. Upon inspection of the split in the sidewalls, I bought a pair of tires for my front wheel drive Toyota Sienna van. Service was very fast and courteous, but arriving at home I realized that the installer had put the spare tire in the passenger area instead of mounting it under the vehicle. A bad end to an otherwise great experience.

I was not given a quote on the price of shocks for my Nissan truck. When I studied the invoice, I was shocked to see that they cost $99 each. When I called the store twice, I was promised a call-back but never received one. I appreciate that I was shown the old parts that were replaced.

I had oil change. Took an hour. no other cars in there at the time.....Car's calibration system was not re set. I had to stop at Les Schwab to ask them to re set calibration for oil.

Every single person I met at Big-O was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable. They worked hard and efficiently. They helped me out with a disaster of a rental car situation with true grace. They have made a loyal customer of me and my father. Well done.

Had some tires thrown on had called in the day before to set an appointment for an oil change as well. Got the tires look great installed well everyone was on point with there product knowledge super friendly but they didn't change my oil as i requested. I didn't notice till I was home over an hour away from this location in Chico the closest store to me. Everything was excellent except for not changing my oil going to have to take another morning off work to get this done kinda sucks.

Although we did have a problem with the tires on the trailer ie wheels were loose an caused severe damage to the brakes and wheel bearings on front wheel of right side of trailer the employees were very friendly n helpful was just one of those things that happen n I am glad I was close 2 the big o store. Did not provide comprehensive check. Changed oil, checked tire pressure - that's it. Did not clear out message center notices as requested, did not refill windshield wash liquid, probably did not check other fluids, left a plastic compartment cover off and loose in engine area. Vehicle now making an ongoing clicking noise and high pitched ringing sound.

Quick and easy! I used a groupon, and was made aware right away that I'd still have to pay tax. It was nice that they were so upfront and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need. Will definitely go back!
