Mechanics need to verify everything works properly before sending the customer out the door. I had to discover their error once I got home & take my truck back to be fixed, whereas as a simple "verification check" by the mechanic would have revealed the problem. 2nd, train you people how to properly stow a spare tire on a truck. Mine was stowed incorrectly & I had to redo it once I got the truck home. 3rd, for 2 days after I got the truck home I had a slight smell of grease whenever I got in the truck. I never was able to find the source & it went away after 2 days.

Every time I come in to get my tires rotated I have to come back the next day because my tires are unbalance. This issure has happened more than 4 times where I come in to get a rotation with my tires already perfectly balanced and I leave with poorly balanced tires. I know the technicians are probably required to check the balancing of the tires every time they rotate them but in my case they can just check to see if they need balanceing and they would find that my tires wouldn't need them.

Upon arriving to Big O and asking for an alignment and full synthetic oil change I felt fairly comfortable leaving my car behind. I was told it would only be a few hours and I would receive a call when it was done. I dropped off the car about 11:30am. and decided to call around 3:30pm because I knew they closed at 5:00pm. The guy answered the phone and told me my car was ready to go...(no courtesy call) Once I got to the store I was able to pay my sum total fairly quickly with no discussion on my cars alignment or regular check up with the oil change. I knew it was probably fine until I got into my car. There was no oil sticker to let me know when my next oil change was due. I even got out and asked if they had any stickers and he said he had no extra stickers or ink... Overall, I felt like I could've dropped my car off, paid 150$ and had no real way of telling if anything happened to my car. Most places will at least give you a summary of the tires condition, how low the oil was, or anything that may have looked like it needed replacing. I don't think I will come back to the this store as I didn't feel like the job was done thoroughly.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. When I walked to get a drink and came back the technician Ray was holding the ear from the wheel cylinder on my left rear drum brakes. He told me that when he took the drum off it was in the bottom however the part was still shiny where it broke from the wheel cylinder I asked him how much he had to adjust them to get the drum off he said he didn't and the manager told me that prying the drum was normal however I have been around Automotive for some time and know that it is not normal and you have to adjust them to get the drum off. When I talk to the manager about it he got confrontational and said there is no way his guy broke it. I could tell it was going to go nowhere except for a argument so I just paid for my tires and left. Meanwhile $600 later I got all four corners done however I did not need rear brakes until this happened. Unfortunately I'm not even confident to take my tires back to get rotated to keep the warranty valid as if something were to happen again they would not take responsibility.

the store manager and employees were very helpful, the manager even told me about nitrate for tires and I just had to buy some.

Really bummed because I used to go here to get my oil changed every 3 months and loved going there. This last time I went to get my alignment fixed on my truck and it was pulling to the drivers side when I took it there, then I test drove it after and it was pulling to the passengers side. They told me to drive it for a week and see if it fixes itself. Then i said no because alignments don't fix themselves, so they realigned it and it was still doing the same thing. They told me it was my front end or my steering box. Got the worst service when I asked for my money back because that was a waste of $70. Today, I took my truck to a different shop and it was way off, towards the passengers side. Stick to oil changes if you go here.

I purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. This was my first time at Big O. The wheel rotation was going to be an additional charge. The technician did not know how to reset/revised the dashboard light to 5,000 miles. THEN the oil leaked ALL OVER MY GARAGE FLOOR!! I'm really upset! I took pictures, and I'm wondering if I can even drive it over to the Paradise Big O tires today to have it checked. Either it was overfilled, or the bolt wasn't secured tightly enough? Whatever the case, at least half a quart or more came out! My garage floor is a mess! Not happy.

I was able to purchase tires at the right price. The work was done in less than an hour. I was treated respectfully and didn't feel rushed or pressured.

After I installed tie rods and ball joints on my truck I came in for a front end inspection and alignment. While I was installing the lower passenger ball joint, I broke off the zerk fitting. I gave specific instructions to the receptionist to see if the broken fitting could be fished out and replaced. I was concerned that I may need to install a new lower ball joint if the broken one could not be greased. I specifically said that I did not want an alignment performed at this time if the zerk fitting could not be fixed. I asked the receptionist to call me regarding the zerk fitting before preforming an alignment. Although quite friendly, the receptionist did not seem to have a proficient comprehension of steering components. I also asked that my tie rods and ball joints be inspected for proper placement and torque specs, and that each zerk fitting be greased. Only one of the four specific requests I made was performed and I question whether that inspection was actually done at all. Nobody checked my zerk fitting and nobody called before performing the alignment. When I came to pick up my truck, I asked the receptionist to follow through with the prior requests I made. He sent out a technician to look at the broken zerk fitting and to grease my new tie rods and ball joints. The technician could not remove the broken fitting, meaning I'll need to replace the entire joint and have another alignment performed. He greased the lower driver side ball joint but after returning home I noticed that he did not grease either of the uppers. He was cold and angry seeming and did not respond to me when I asked questions. I will not come back to the Big O Chico location.

fast service on oil change, check tires to see if I needed the requested rotation, but he said I didn't need it yet....They also did the inspection and made recommendations.

I got an oil change. I was there 3 hours for an oil change and this was with an appointment. I finally asked why it was taking so long and they said they needed a special tool. Other customers came and went. Finally they said my van was ready but I needed four new tires. It was dangerous to drive my van on my tires and I needed a wheel alignment. I just had a new tire put on the week before from American tire. I think since I am 75 years old I am an easy mark. Shame on your store.

Took my car in as the warning light on the dash indicated tire pressure low All tires were checked and a nail was found in the right rear tire. The tire was repaired and I was on my way. Excellent service and attention to detail.

Very rude, didn't know how to put my car on the lift, didn't check my steering properly said everything was fine took my car to Les Schwab and said my bottom control are was twisted right after I got it checked at big O tires, said they couldn't do my alignment cause my car wouldn't fit on the lift even though it's been on multiple times. Just a terrible service never going there again!!!!!

I went in for an oil change and it was done incorrectly and killed the engine for my car. I had it fixed with my dealership but was offered no kind of compensation from Big O. I requested a rental car but never received calls back.
