Big O Tires

The service at this store is ussually great but my last visit was a mess. Sat for two hours waiting for a simple alignment and tire rotation. What really got me was after watching the tech take my tires off and was struggling with one lug nut, then the hammer came out and he started hammering on the lug nut which he was able to loosen. Heres the kicker, he showed me the lug nut and showed me a crack on the side and said a new lug nut was on the way which he had to order. When I got home and looked over the bill there was a 12.00 charge for one lug nut! 12.00 lug nut! Wont be using them again.

Guys went above and beyond to replace a few extra things on my car that were important to safety but would have put me over my budget. Gave me detailed analysis of what needed to be done and why, which things were needing to be done now and which could wait, and staying under budgeted number I had I given them. Will be taking my car back for any other repairs on my Camry as its running better than it has in years! Thank you!

The manager did not inform me of a serious issue the car had after I took it in to be serviced. In addition, what I took it in for was not properly done on numerous occasions. When confronted, the manager would not listen and kept putting the blame on the customer (me). I am not happy with my experience here.

I rolled in 45 minutes before close and I was treated extremely well, I imagine that doing an oil change near closing time would inconvenience the crew but they were open to receive my business. The courteous multi-point inspection was considerate as well and I enjoyed watching TV in the waiting room with coffees and soda that they provided. Will come back for sure.

Came in for alignment 2 hours later they handed me my key saying that it pulls to the right best they could do The farther I drove the worse it got Got home and checked the bolts and they were loose Why were the bolts not torqued? These people are going to get someone killed! Had it realigned elsewhere does not pull at all

My truck needed an alignment. I called on a Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. I showed up on Saturday and they everyone was great. I will definitely come back. They took care of my truck, and got it done fast! The guy in the front was the only person I talked to, and he was professional and helpful both on the phone and in person. I'll be coming back to you guys in the future!

The manager and mechanics were very good explaining the work needed to be done! Also the work was done in the time I was given! I will use this business again

I so appreciated the manager coming out to my car. And the care that was taken to figure out what was needed to fix my car. I appreciated him taking a picture of the damage to show me up close(since I'm disabled). The work was done faster than I had expected as well.

I was impressed by the fact that with no appointment, and on a Saturday, I was able to get my Toyota Corolla in for an alignment! Great customer service and excellent alignment job were done!
