I have written a couple of previous reviews-- all glowing. This time, however, I must say that I will NEVER go anywhere else. This store-- everyone, but particularly Josh-- are the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive individuals I have ever met. Their integrity is without equal, and their dedication to solving ambiguous mechanical problems is off the charts. This store should win the award as the BEST establishment of all businesses in Chico. I don't say this lightly because I have lived in Chico for 34 years! I will be a life-long customer of this store!

appreciated that they checked the overall condition of my truck and advised of some items wearing out.

The technician went over the type of oil change, if I travel alot . He recommended the full synthetic oil change. He explained it to me . Really good service.

Service and prices

Took a nail out of tire and repaired at no charge. Did not try and sell me new tires. Very impressed. Will definitely go back when I need new tires for any of my several cars.
