Big O employees went above and beyond to completely fix every problem I had with my Mustang. They took the time to locate the problem and completely fix multiple issues. My husband worked for 18 years at a Big O Tires. That was a long time ago, but we still try to go there whenever possible. I was pleasantly surprised to know there was a chico store once again. I arrived by 8, & was greeted with awesome customer service. My oil change was quickly done & i was on my way in less than 30mins!

I really liked how the guy ( i didn't get his name :( ) but he explained and showed me exactly what the other issues with my tires.
