Great Service, with a smile.

Honestly, I came to Big O Tires because my insurance agent told me that I would be reinbursed for whatever service I needed after my car accident. I wrongfully assumed the prices would be outrageous, but they absolutely were not. On top of all of this, I experienced top notch customer service. I was greeted at my car, was walked through the whole entire process of the inspection process, and was called immediately to update me on what needed to be done. I wish I remembered the workers' names who helped me, but they made me feel like I could trust them, and that I was not being taken advantaged of. I will most definitely return to the Big O Tires on the esplanade in Chico.

I called in the day before and I was given an option to schedule an appointment that day , drop off or wait while the service was performed.

Use Groupons to take my daughter's car to get oil changed. Great service and an incredible price. There was an additional $8 fee for disposal but still a very good deal.

Service was great and fast! All employees were very nice and welcoming. Offered me water while I waited and explained everything being done to my car.

Without an appointment I was accepted and set up for the alignment. During the inspection of the front end it was determined that the brake pad were no longer safe, I was notified and authorized their replacement. They called me for pickup and I learned that they stayed a few minutes passed store hours to complete the job. This was done because I needed the vehicle at the end of the week to make a trip into the mountains, Big O was the only place in town that would accommodate me. Thank you Big O!

The guys that work there are always phenomenal when assisting me. I feel like I can trust that my car is in good hands when I take it in. They always go above and beyond for me and I will never take my car anywhere else!
