Service was great!

I was helped by the location's manager who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to sell me on anything other than what I came in for, which I really appreciate. I was able to get my tires changed immediately while I waited and the final price was lower than what he originally quoted which was a very pleasant surprise. Great customer service.

They helped me get an old vehicle rolling again by mounting the tires that were taken off previously. Service was quick and they did a good job explaining their policies regarding tire safety and recommended new tires as soon as the vehicle is ready to be driven on a regular basis.

I rely on their product knowledgge and expertise - everything seems great!

Everything was great. The only thing that I would improve us the gentlemen that did my alignment test drove my car and got the seat, steering wheel, and carpet a bit dirty. Nothing major but I had to clean some grease off the wheel when I got home and toss some greasy tape to must have come off his shoe.

As always getting work done at Big O is a pleasant experience. The guys are polite and friendly, knowledgable about my vehicle and it's needs. Work is done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Super impressed with customer service. Staff there are accommodating and work around your schedule and go over and beyond. Joshua the manager is extremely professional and personable. He goes out of his way to explain any questions or concerns that you have. I am impressed how he runs that business.

I have very high expectations about how my vehicles should be treated. The staff listened to my requests and did exactly what I wanted.
