Big O Tires

Went to buy 4 new tires at 11am a few months ago was told it would be a couple of hours, I finally left with my new tires and an allinment at 7 pm, needless to say I wil not use your company for any services again. Almost 8 hours, never again

The guy that helped me was amazing.

I went in twice and the Alignment still pulled to the right the guy told me that I needed a camber kit which I asked one of my mechanic about the camber kit he like you dont need it that only after market. Very poor service and the guy told me that it was the master tech that was doing my car alignment I would not recommend this shop to come here if the master tech cant even do my car alignment right

Troy helped me with everything and was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. 10/10 recommend this place

Not honest

I was in and out in a jiffy with premium service. I had things checked and was given an honest opinion as to what I needed and no high sales pressure. I would recommend this Big O Tire center to everyone in need of tires or service
