Turn around time on a tire rotation was “realistically 45 minutes” but as I walked back to the establishment at about 30 minutes thinking i’d have to wait, my car was being pulled out of the bay. Perfect.

I'd done a good deal of research before approaching the store. Gerald in Pinole, Ca., was great!

I’ve gone to several Bay Area Big O Tires but to have the best of the best in my neighborhood is phenomenal. I will always support the businesses in my community especially this Big O. The manager Gerald shows empathy and compassion while yet being honest with the best repair recommendations. The entire experience on a scale 1-10 rates a 20. They treat all customers though you are the most important customer. All are treated the same.
