Great service during my visit for rotation and re balance I was in and out for less than an hour with appointment. I was waiting outside for a phone call and the service advisor hand me the key give the thumbs up that the vehicle is ready.

I’ve gone to several Bay Area Big O Tires but to have the best of the best in my neighborhood is phenomenal. I will always support the businesses in my community especially this Big O. The manager Gerald shows empathy and compassion while yet being honest with the best repair recommendations. The entire experience on a scale 1-10 rates a 20. They treat all customers though you are the most important customer. All are treated the same.

I have been to many stores for tires, brakes, Alignments, etc Never have I ever previously experienced the kind of service, professionalism and advice before running into T.Taylor.
