I came in early Saterday morning to have a slow leak repaired in a tire. I was quoted a price and they went to fix it. Michael at the counter asked me if I wanted to give my email for a review online and he would waive the cost of the repair. I refused only because I did not want to get up and do any more screen time. I was comfortable, settled in and drinking a great Hazelnut (my fav) courtesy of Big O. I just did not want to deal. I had left the chaos of the house for my personal time. Well, Michael and Big O did the repair for FREE anyway. I was shocked. I had not purchased it there. I was impressed. As I watched the interactions with other customers, I saw everyone one was treated fairly and with courtesy. I WILL BE BACK. THank you.

My sisters car is pretty much on it’s last leg. The staff at Big O keeps it running til she can purchase another next year. The new management has been wonderful doing this for her. A big thank you to them.

The service was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! The only problem was they had to get the tires from the Sacramento store. They were able to get them delivered by 12 pm and my car was fine by 2 pm.

came in for tire repair. walked across the street, got courtesy call in timely manner, tire repair complete, with additional recommendations for coolant flush and alignment. I did not appreciate you guys taking the liberty to perform your 22 point inspection without asking me, or advising me that was your standard operating procedure. for me, having been in the biz and gearhead for years, it had the appearance of, we can't let him get away with just a tire repair, what else can we find. all you had to do was ask/inform/advise from the outset. respectfully, richard

Every time I go to big o in placerville everyone is so friendly and so helpful! They never make me feel stupid about my questions like some other vehicle maintenance companies do. They always have great prices and get it done as fast as they can!
