I made an appointment, but never got a confirmation for the next AM. I was stunned at the price of an oil change for my Dodge RAM, $10 for oil disposal and $12.99 a quart for the oil. Including a discount an impressive $155 for an oil change. Sadly, 3 gallons of oil will overfill the Cummins engine. Oil change used to be a more reasonable $80. Sadly the camber value was not recorded during the wheel alignment. On the plus side, 1 was the first for AM am appointment and both oil change and alignment was completed in 45 minutes. In hindsight, I wish Big O would have done the free alignment check when I had the 4 new tires installed originally.

Went above and beyond to make things right when an issue came up to get it resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you.

The tire delivery guy was late, but the employees at the store took care of me right as the tires were off the delivery truck

I have been a customer of Big O Tires for about18 years, first in El Dorado Hills,CA. I now live in Placerville, since the new owners I have been very happy with the service I get there. The young men in the store have really made a difference in this location. I had several things done to my truck in the last 2 years.

Been going here for a few years now. However this last time they wanted to charge 90 for an alignment. Im sorry but that is too expensive i will be finding someone cheaper! Aaron is great at his job! Thank you for all your advice

employee who helped us was very knowledgeable with what we needed for tires and took every step to get us in and out has fast as possible while keeping us informed with progress as well

They serviced my truck, oil change and tire rotation, check engine light was on. The checked it out and found the sensor and fixed it. My complaint is Big O charged $100 more for the sensor than Toyota charged. I also priced the same sensor with Napa and it was $85, Big I charged me $308,

Showed up to get some new tires put on and they told me that i didn't really need them right now even though I was told by the place I purchased my car that I should get some because they wanted money out of me so they very kindly explained to me the deal and they were going to keep the tires for me so that when I need new ones in a few months they would be there and ready for me. Now I don't have to waste money right this minute to get new tires when the ones I have still have some life on them and that was a relief for me. Customer service was excellent on the phone and in person.

I took my car in July for new tires and alignment.When I questioned if there could be an issue the representative quickly said bring it in.When I took it to the store the representative was quick to be negative and question why.After the service the print out showed the issue with the left rear tire.He did not offer the print out, I had to ask for it.

Promised wait time one hour, actual time 35 minutes. Great job. When I went to pay, the cost was significantly lower than usual. There was a half off service discount that I was not aware of. Icing on the cake.

The long-time manager at this location used to be great and when he retired he was followed by two worthless managers who were terrible. This is the third round of managers and finally they placed someone here that knows how to treat customers. I came in for a simple rotation and unfortunately my truck can be difficult to balance without the stick-on weights that hit the brake calipers. These new guys knew what to do, called me to see if hammer-on weights were acceptable, and they got my tires rotated and balanced as best they could. One of the old managers sold me four oval tires that even when new were out of round. These new guys did what they could to try and mitigate the balance problems and made me feel like I might actually come back and buy tires at this location again. Maybe this next time the tires will actually be round. Great job guys, glad to see come competence here again.
