Big O Tires

The wait was a little long, but they did check everything! Big O didn't get my tire order on the delivery so the store did call me and sent a man after the tires I ordered! I did ask for a quot for steering work to be sent to me via email that never happened, so I'm doing it myself. Very busy store although Big O doesn't show them on the web map when you put your local zip code in, wants to sent you to Cameron Park for service, so you might want to Google the Placerville store to get the number!

The crew was very helpful, kind, and quick. We will be bringing our car back for its next service.

The person doing the work did not impress me. Over 2 hours to remove 4 tires and replace with 4 new tires.

While the employees were friendly, I was displeased with the fact that having an appointment didn't seem to matter. My 9 am appointment wasn't started before I left at 9:30. I had intended to wait for it but I could see it wasn't going to be started any time soon. It was done at 11:57.

I am grateful to have new tires put on. I bought one or knowing there was a buy 3 get 1 free. I was back less than a week later to buy 3 more tires and I asked about the deal and if they could work anything out with me since I did buy 4 new tires, So that I was pretty upset about. I never got a report on my car and I didn't get told about alignment.

Original quote was fair. Work was done quickly. Work was road tested. Final price was even less than the quote. Jeff, that I dealt with was experienced and professional. Overall great experience, I will use again in future. Thanks!

I called mid afternoon and placed an order for two rear tires. I was told I could bring the car in that evening, or the following morning and my tires to be replaced within 30 minutes. I showed up the next morning and the tires were not available. I waited another hour and a half for the tires to arrive. At that time they were installed fairly promptly. After much complaining, I was given a $20 credit which didn't begin to compensate me for wasted time away from my business, when I was promised that it would be done within thirty mInutes of my arrival.

Staff were professional, polite & kept their word in estimated time it took from start to finish. Staff explained in detail service work order. They even explained what most likely be needed at next service. I appreciate the time & attention staff took to explain & make sure I understood everything. We even had time for Q & A. Not once did staff rush me out the door. That alone is good PR.

Big O claimed they received two defective parts to replace my back tire pressure sensor. Instead of taking 1 hour, it took 2 1/2 hours.

Effective communication and the flexibility of the team.

Well I told the guy that my front tire looked low and he said no it was fine. They rotated my tires. But then that night my light for a low tire was on. Also ea tire had different air amts. and they forgot to turn off the computer thing in my car saying needed oil changed. So I have to go back and have them do that and fix the tire pressure in ea of my tires. Not to happy.

The counter person was very knowledgeable and friendly, the wait time was a little longer than expected

My 1/2 hour wait time was actually 2 and 1/2 hours.

The staff was able to identify the problem quickly, order parts and get the job done in a timely manner.
