Service was mostly fine. Didnt take too long. Apparently the 40 point inspection doesnt include fluids as my coolant was low and my check engine light came on on my way home. They also didnt know how or didnt bother to reset my warning system.

I wouldnt suggest as car repair only tires. After my experience heard many others not happy with repairs from there. Lesson learned.

I was overcharged for the synthetic oil change; in my Honda Ridgeline. My coupon was $29.95 for conventional oil change and I was charged an extra $10 per quart for synthetic. Total cost was $78 for the oil change. Also, the tire pressure was not checked and we had to wait for your guys to add air to the tires.

I waited over 30 minutes in line before checking in my car, while my wife waited outside for me. The representative at the counter was very friendly but was clearly overwhelmed by the fact that he had to come in an hour early to cover another employee who didnt show up to open the store. Not impressed by my first visit to this location.

I went this last week to get 1 new tire put on. My tire had a small hole that couldn't be repaired. First day went in- they did not have tire so had to order it. Second day went in at the time I was told to and it was the wrong size tire- they needed to reorder. Come back third day at recommended time and had a long wait to finally get my tire. The manager was very nice and tried to be helpful. He seemed overwhelmed as it was so busy. It did seem fairly unorganized.

I had my car in twice for the same problem. It was not solved. But I was charged almost $1000.00. The sales person was very nice. Offered concern. But the problem is still there. Admittedly it is a difficult problem. But it is not solved. I am goin to have to take it else where to solve the problem. Plus I was called and told it was ready. But I when I arrived, it was still torn apart, and had to wait at least another hour for the car to be turned over. I was told there was till a little wheel hop. But no wheel hop there was still front end or vehicle shimmy through out it was still as I dropped it off. But I still paid another $600.00. This with the previous months $400.00 charge for the same problem. I will not say I had a bad experience. but I had an expensive experience. Still have the problem.

American tire quote, 3 tires out the door/ $293.53. Big O, 3 of the same tires/ $305.85. Not the lowest price and didn't match American Tires price! I will not use a fraudulent business like big o tires again!

I have been going to this Big O for the last 2 years and have only received great service from all staff until Monday. Monday, everything was great until I checked out. The service desk employee frustrated me by asking the same question question over and over even though I had answered it. He did not have S good attitude with me or a customer he was assisting on the phone. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to get my car serviced and will go elsewhere. Thank you to all other staff for the last 2 years.

We went there for a n oil change and tire rotation and a leak in a tire. we were told that it would take an hour. We were there for 3 hours. After they rotated the tires and did the oil chg they asked if we wanted the alignment checked as the tire is wearing on one side. After they checked it, they then went to fixed the leak. Why didn't they fix it while they had the tire off for the rotation? They were not busy at all and 5 guys were standing around at the desk. I went to the restroom and decided not to use it due it not being cleaned and we were there in the early morning. it was obvious that men had used it. There were no toilet covers and no paper towels...it was awful around the floor of the toilet. That wasn't a one day use issue. Plus feces on the toilet lid. I'm not exaggerating. The floor of the store was also dirty. I saw a man mopping it wasn't doing any good. We won't be back to that store but will try Cameron Park store instead.

I came to Big O for a flat repair because I was told I had free flat repair and rotations when I purchased the set of four tires. It would have been more convenient to use another tire store close to my work, but I thought I would save the money, and get the rotation in addition to the flat repair. I called for an appointment and was told it was first come first serve. I showed up later that day and was told it would take 1 hr and 45 minutes. When I sat down I noticed only the flat repair had been written up, leaving off the tire rotation. I didn't complain because I didn't really want to add time to the visit. The car went into the bay quicker than I expected. It came back out, apparently completed, then was pulled back into another bay. When the car was finally ready I was told I needed an alignment. I never asked for or agreed to an alignment check. This was done while prolonging my wait. Finally I was then asked to provide an electronic signature on a pad that gave no indication why I was signing. I did follow up on the alignment at a more convenient time, with a place that makes appointment.

I was very impressed with the customer service from everyone I interacted with. They went above and beyond in their efforts to make sure I had a good experience and I will definitely go back and have already recommended this location to others.
