Big O Tires

I came in specifically for a front alignment on my 1999 Chevy 1/2 Silverado truck inspired by a $47 (vs $88) Groupon coupon. The front desk person (Rich) was pleasant and said it would take about an hour. I went to lunch and he called me at just about an hour and said the alignment was done. Great. But, when I picked up my vehicle and got back on the freeway it still pulled "a lot" to the right. I called Rich and he said to bring it back in. So, a few days later I brought it back in and they realigned it again (another hour spent). The alarming part was that after they aligned it the first time, the alignment was out "more" than it was when I originally brought it in... Originally, the toe was 0.22 (red). After the first alignment, when I brought it back in, it was -0.38 (red). After the 2nd alignment it was 0.11 (green). It's now better but still pulls a little to the right, but not bad. I never had this problem with the Goodyear tire center in Shingle Springs off of Durock Road.

They scratch my new rims putting tires on ... And wouldn't take responsibility for it . My rims aren't but a couple of months old.

I will NEVER go back. I went there after I called the store to see if they could assist with what was going on with my car. I felt confident that they would be able to help. The only thing that was completed was the alignment. They never even balanced the tires like they said they would do or completed any of the "checks" they were going to do "as a courtesy". Checking the tires balance should have been one of the first things they did. Instead they pushed for services that were higher in cost that I "needed", like new brakes and rotors. They went as far as to start higher in price and then continue to drop the price in hopes they could convince me to get the work done before I walked out the door. It was pathetic. They completed the alignment and nothing else. I ended up having to take my car somewhere else the next day. I confirmed from two separate companies that my brakes and rotors did not need to be replaced, even though the manager took me outside to show me and have me feel the rotors because they were "so bad" and a serious "safety issue". They completely took advantage of the fact that the mechanics of a vehicle are not my area of expertise and try to convince me to obtain unnecessary services. Complete distrust. They did the same thing to my daughter a couple of years prior. I try to keep my business in town, so I thought I'd give them a second chance. Absolutely not. I will never ever go back, nor will any of my friends or family.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. They do the work right and the wait isn't long

your staff at the counter treat white men like garbage and are smart and attentive and professional with women or minorities the racism I had to experience by your Mexican staff the ignorance the cons that was a horrid experience both in the morning and afternoon by both of your men it was a joke and I will never visit such a racist hate-filled environment again

If I'm looking to get screwed over ripped off and Connedi will come the big o tires.garbage staff,all they do is try and overcharge and rip you off for everything here places a joke I'll never come here and I will do nothing to talk bad about big o tires

My vehicle was brought in for a simple alignment. It was prescheduled. When I went to drop it off I was told that I didnt have an appointment by the man at the desk, but another employee was able to find the appointment written down in a separate location than the desk. Then I was told that I needed new tires right off the bat without someone even looking at my vehicle. When i reminded the man that i was there for an alignment only, he tried telling me that I had to get new tires for them to do the alignment, even though my tires were originally purchased from there and had well over 40% of the tread left. Then after all that they finally take the vehicle in for the alignment. After an hour of waiting, they come back saying that the alignment couldn't be done. When asked what took so long for them to say that, I was told that they had to catch a rat first. Then, when leaving I was told that my keys are in the vehicle (which is sitting by a busy street with no additional surveillance and this is supposedly standard procedure). I get my paperwork and go to leave, only to find out that my keys were not in the vehicle, but instead were lost somewhere in the garage. They finally find my keys and I am able to leave. With that being said, I am a handicapped person and there was no effort to help me or ease my visit at all. AND they attempted to talk me into something that was not needed just because they assumed that I dont know anything about vehicle maintenance. I will never bring my vehicle to this location again.

The service I received was phenomenal. Enzo was completely honest with me about pricing and what I needed done to my car. I informed him that I only wanted the tire replaced and he was very respectful and did not pressure me to have any other work done. The work was done in a timely manner and the entire staff was extremely friendly and professional.

Got home to find a lug nut installed backwards

I had a fantastic experience at this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, in fact every single customer that walked through the door was greeted which I thought was awesome. I got a great deal on tires and alignment and everyone was friendly, the vibe was awesome. Will definitely be my #1 tire stop.

Went in for oil change. 1 and 1/2 hour later inquired when it would be ready. Informed that the oil pan bolt was stripped and had to order. Should be 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later vehicle was ready and they comped the cost of the $8 bolt and then tried to overcharge me $20.

Extremely helpful. Was able to do all repairs the very next day after inspection. Had nail in tire and came in to fix but knew already that I needed shocks and other things replaced on suspension. Hard to pay for when I just replaced water heater on my house. Enzo was helpful and very kind....did SNAP application which was a snap to fill out.lol! Got approved and work completed for better than expected price range. Will come back for new tires in future. The service by team was excellent. Thank you
