I have been a satisfied Big O customer for many years. I am am particularly pleased with this (Placerville) store. Michael and the owner/managment have been very helpful in maintaining my vehicles. I think the store and staff are great!

From start to finish that is scheduling appointment online to the help at the desk the service is fantastic knowledge of the staff is fantastic the place is clean the guys are a pleasure to talk to and that's why I come back and do business with them.

Josh and Michael were very friendly and knowledgeble and took great care of our vehicle, explaining all of the issues and process well. My only dissatisfaction was that the online website stated the tire I wanted was available, when actually, it was not. In short, your people and service were amazing, website information reliability was dissapointing.

These guys went above and beyond to fix my truck. Dan and a two other employees Stayed after hours to finish our truck. Beyond satisfied they did an amazing job thank you.

I had rims and tires installed on my truck and it was an awesome experience. The company who I bought the rims from gave me the wrong lug nuts and the employees at big o tires got me some that would fit and it worked out perfect they saved my day

Inconsistent pricing from prior service visit in June. Match other auto/tire shops labor cost. Waited extra hour too long as part they ordered was not correct part. They didn't mention snap finance plan as I could have used their service instead I paid out of pocket. They forgot to replace windshield wipers as I had to remind them at time of departure plus they left oil/black grease on outside tire wheels, which I had to ask them to clean mess up. I was there 4 hours to have 4500 mile maintenance, oil change, check all fluids belts hoses etc., plus rotate tires etc., plus replace back brakes, check right rear door. At 2:30pm I was informed it was going to be another hour wait as part ordered was wrong part & had to reorder. Would have been nice if they offered a loner vehicle while waiting so I could have handled errands.

The low tire indicator on our car came on. I immediately drove to the Big O in Placerville and told him the problem. He found a nail in the side wall and stated he could have the tire replaced at a reasonable cost. Overall, quite satisfied with the service and courteous manner in which I was greeted.

Edwin and all of the staff I encountered were extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and all had smiling faces.
