Took truck in to have 50,000 mile 4x4 front end aligned. They thoroughly checked it and found I was totally good. No alignment needed. No charge. What a nice surprise.

Been going to Big O Sonora for a few years now and they are the best in all northern California! Midas was disappointing at best ,and the dealer charges too much most of the time and i have found mistakes in the reports, wrong measurements on breaks etc.Ask for Larry He's the Best...

All of the employees I dealt with were super nice and the service was insanely fast. Coming in to find my truck ready to go, and I left feeling much more confident about driving my vehicle than I did when I arrived. They're an awesome crew and I appreciate them tremendously.

I've been to this store twice and was treated very well by the staff at the mechanics. They explained everything they did to my car. I have fourteen years in the auto truck repair experience and have been yo other Big O Tire locations and this is the best one I've been to.

Analyzed the problem I was having with my battery and recommended a new alternator. Also let me know where in my cars engine area where I was leaking oil. Next time I come in I will have the alternator replaced and have new gaskets installed around manifold.

Yesterday was a rough day. It started with a front wheel blowout. I got the spare changed and got the car to Big O. I've been doing pretty much all of my mechanical work with them since I moved up here 2 years ago. My oil need changing. I knew this and I suggested we replace the tire and change the oil at the same time. There were a few other valid issues that needed addressing, which is common, but I am always in the loop. After my tire repair and oil change, I left the facility only to have the car overheat half way home. The DIC was pretty much going crazy but it was throwing messages left and right basically saying "Extreme heat, shut down, idle, no A/C at this time, and it was also saying 0% oil content when we had just literally set it to 100% together, after the oil change. I thought maybe a plug had not been tightened and fallen out. Didn't know. I got home, called Big O, got the same person I had been dealing with all day. I've dealt with him before so we are familiar when we see eachother. He has always been fair. Basically what he said was "Park the Car, we will come to you" and that's exactly what he did. He came and he took another mechanic with him. They immediately noticed that the Thermo Cap had not been put on the Coolant container. They filled it with water, the made sure that this was NOT an issue with dropped or lost oil or a faulty plug situation. The wanted me to drive back to the shop, with them following me to make sure all was good. After they looked the car over, they said "all good" but they still had one of their mechanics take the car out for a test drive one more time. To me? Regardless of the initial mistake, which we all make, these guys went far ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. One could say they were just 'covering their own asses" ... maybe to a degree, I know I would have been. But the outstanding impression I got, which is the same thing that always brings me back, is that Big O here in Sonora actually cares about their customers and wants to ensure their safety. That's enough for me. You have two kinds of businesses in this world. 1) Those that stand behind their work and 2) Those who do not. Big O stands behind their work, and they don't dilly-dally around... ever. We all make mistakes. It's going to happen, especially in large business. The only thing you can do is try to retain your good employees, continue to train them and always provide the most excellent customer service. I too am a businessman. Nothing but respect for BIg O in Sonora.
