Danny Tyler Was amazing! I had previous work done I was not happy. Danny Tyler talked me into trying them again. With Danny Tyler taking care of me I was totally satisfied with this shop. I will be back, because of Danny Tyler!!! Danny Tyler is a gem, better keep him!!!!!!

Could not get the Michelin tires I was looking for. Was able to find tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to your business. Your store installed my tires and performed all wheel alignment. Was happy with timelessness and installing of tires. Keep up the good work, Thanks

I was just in to get my rear tire checked since it was losing air. It was on the day we were setting up the quilts for the annual Sonora Guild Quilt Show. I dropped it off in the morning on the way to the set-up and when finished my wife gave me a ride back. Everything was finished and they even had the small screw head they found that was causing the problem. Also, since Big O Tire no charge. Whether in Sonora or on the road we always receive great and timely support.

I was able to get repairs. I am happy to see Greg continues to be a technician at this location. He has worked on my vehicles for years and it is important to me to see there is not a big employee turnover at this location.

We had been having problems with a tire warning light light coming on. It began as we were leaving Sedona Arizona to return home from a vacation trip. We hadn't gone too far when it came on so we returned to the Big O store in Sedona. They said it was a low air issue and inflated all tires to 40 lbs. A couple of weeks later we were heading to Modesto and the light turned on again. We found a Big O store and the person checking it said all of the tires were overinflated and he checked the specs on the drivers side door and deflated all four tires so they met the specs on the door. About a week later the light came on again. We immediately took the car to you and your staff found a nail in one of the tires and fixed it immediately. We are a little upset with the other two Big O stores, but once again very grateful and satisfied with the quick response and service your team provided. Bill and Doreen Hansen
