Big O Tires

Lack of knowledge and communication about rebates. Car was ready even though the alignment check was not done and I had requested that. Service Manager did not provide any detail about the Alignment check until after the alignment was done and I had to ask for it. No information was given about the tire warranty or road hazard, nothingggg. Just thank you for spending $900

All I needed was to purchase a single new tire. The man at the desk, Jimmy, was super helpful and friendly. He explained how much it would cost and didn’t try to give me more than what I came for. I now have a new tire and great service

I’ve been a Big O customer for over 24 years and while I have other options I’ve always appreciated the professionalism and quality of service. This is my 8th set of tires on my Dodge since 2004.

I started bringing my car here a couple of years ago using a Groupon. I was so impressed with the service that I have continued to bring my car here ever since. I've never been disappointed. Great, professional, friendly staff! And they do what they say they're going to do.

Jimmy was friendly; explained everything and answered all our questions. Cost was reasonable/competitive.

I like that I can easily schedule an appt online without calling in and waiting on hold. The store is conveniently located in a shopping center so I can walk to nearby stores during my service. All the employees were kind and made me feel welcome.
