Called in with Carly being helpful over the phone, did a walk in, came in got my car serviced and headed my way with wheel alignment and new brake fluid.

I was serviced by the manager. He was new from Chicago. Amazing service, information and time taken to help me understand. I have been coming to this site since I was 16 with pacific tire outlet and I am not 54. Was reassured by old owner, continue to come, will be well taken care of and this is definitely the case. I have all my services done here. The crew/staff and management team are wonderful here. highly recommended.

Anthony is an exceptional customer service person. I went in to purchase wiper blades for my 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid. The purchase was fast and easy, however, the blades had to be ordered. Anthony was sent the wrong size for the back window, but he called the vendor immediately and was sent the correct blades the next day. He installed them himself. If Anthony is up for promotion or commendation, please add my whole-hearted support for him. I will be back.

Both Anthony and Johnathon mechanic (not sure name spelled correct) took very good care of my car and me..20+++ rating both deserve a raises 💰💰💰

Fast, friendly, courtesy service. Guys behind the counter was very efficient, know his stuff. The mechanic was friendly, excellent work and attitude.

There was an issue with the tires I ordered. The owner or manager stepped in to resolve the issue.
