They replaced the flat tire and were able to get it done same day. Where they fell was never calling me when car was ready.

My first experience with Big O. I liked being able to schedule an appointment online and look at tire options and prices as well. My appointment was on time and the service person was very helpful. During the servicing of my tires the mechanic found all 4 of my brakes were bad. I was called, told of the situation, told of my options, and the prices. The mechanic was able to repair the brakes, finish the tires, and perform the front end alignment before the end of the day. The tires and brakes work and feel great. The truck runs straight and true. In fact I believe this is the best the brakes have ever felt. Great service and performance. One very satisfied customer.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and gave me a lot of information and about the services they have able for my car. I am so happy with the service.

Shopping for tires can be stressful. I recently had a pop in my tire back in Dec. 2021 and came to the Big O Tires in Milpitas, CA for 4 new tires. Just 3 months later, I ran over a nail that wasn’t repairable. I called the main telephone line and surprisingly David, their District Manager answered the call. He made me feel at ease and reminded me that excellent customer service still exists. Though there was a line when I arrived at the store, Mike was very patient and helpful to all the customers. I live 2 hours away but will make the drive here just for their great service.
