Came in as a walk-in to get my tire repaired for a screw in it, and it was done in a timely manner

Very good customer support. Worked with 3 people there. I did an on-line appointment and within a few hours, Brandon called me letting me know the tires I needed were not in stock and had to order them. He told me it could take awhile for the tires to come in and will let me know. Suzanne help follow up and told me front tires came in but rear tires still back ordered. I requested Dave to cancel the rear tires and just install the front. He had no issues with that. He told me they were pretty busy and will take a few hours. So I dropped the car off and a few hours later Dave called me and I picked up the car right after lunch. Everything they told me were spot on. No surprises.

Presented Big O with a comparative price quote. First response was that they could not match the price quote from Costco for set of 4 Michelin tires. After reflection acknowledgement was made that Big O could match the quote and add cost for alignment.

Cameron was a great service associate and really helpful in both accommodating me when I came earlier than my scheduled appointment and adding a tire rotation into the list of services to be done. The technician was able to patch the hole in my tire quickly and rotate the tires. Great, efficient service. Thank you, Cameron and team!
