Dave was very easy to talk to and understood the needs for a specific tire brand. He even installed stem extensions at no extra charge. This an RV and they made a space for the install and work. Mary was just as welcoming and greeted me with a smile. Big O has kept the great service Pacific Tire Company performed but it noticeably higher priced. The peace of mind is that the job is done right, the first time, every time.

The service on check-in was quick, everything understandable, excellent personal. The service itself was fast and perfect!

Pretty straight forward process... shop tires online, booked a appointment, received a call from services rep confirming appointment and tires.... Day of appointment - dropped of car, was told how long it would take, came back in that time frame, and it was done! Painless process!

Customer service is very good and the quality of service is excellent.
