Got 2 quotes over phone with another big o tires. Milpitas had best deal, friendly n fast service frm Brandon and Michael.

service person was knowledgeable. My tire was fixed really fast and I'm happy with the result

Took 2 vehicles there for oil change. One on Friday 9-3-21, dropped off Saturn and picked up later, Brandon provided great customer service. One on Saturday 9-4-21 dropped off truck for oil change, tire rotations and alignment check, there was miss information given by counter person about cost of alignment, talked with mechanic about it and problem was taken care of. Have been taking all my vehicles to Pacific tire for over 25yrs and my first experience last year with Big O Tires was not that good, but they seem to be getting better at customer service and trying to keep the loyal customers that Pacific Tire had built up over the years.

Service is quick and straight forward. The tire pricing is competitive compared to other guys like good year, wheel work, America's tires, and more. Staffs were friendly and willing to work to solve my problem in the most professional manner.
