I was promptly greeted by Jason when I arrived at my scheduled appointment. Jason was quick at verifying the work that I request and he also took his time to explained to me how long the service will take. Prior visit with tire rotation left three of the left front wheel studs loose, and one left rear lug nut too tight which snapped the stud when attempting the next rotation. I reached out via the main BigO website and was contacted a few days later when I was told to bring in my vehicle so they could rectify the problems. Even though I was frustrated - I had been driving for quite a long time, about 5,000 miles, with very unsafe wheel conditions - I appreciated the fairly non-confrontational experience with BigO taking responsibility - even though there were hints that they did not believe it was their fault.
