Big O Tires

Being a walk up customer without an appointment I was out with 20 minutes.

I got my tire fixed for free and as part of its warranty.

Mobile installation was smooth and easy, driver was courteous.

We have always bought our tires at that location for over 30 years. Was going to try the new owners first. Big o tire is like being with Pacific Tire. Same good Service. Even though we miss Phil. Big o tire is our new Place.

My truck battery died across the street from Big O. I walked over and Jason at the front desk immediately assisted me. He and another associate obtained battery, installed it in my truck and brought truck over to me. The entire thing took 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Truly amazing customer service! Much appreciated!!!

Service is fast. Location is clean during current crisis. Jason answered all my questions and inspected my vehicle thoroughly. He provided guidance on Tires replacement. And also, Wheel alignment test was pretty quick. Overall my vehicle was serviced in less than 1 hour

It was fast an easy. They were willing to do a Michelin warranty claim for me. They helped educate me on tire tread.
