Big O Tires

I needed winter tires in a short turnaround time. Howard was able to go above and beyond and deliver both the wheels+tires and service faster than all the competition at a fair price. I'm happy with the communication from the beginning to the end b/c my expectations were managed appropriately.

I have always had a pleasant experience when receiving services from Big O Tires as a matter a fact when i receive excellent service i tip my service man Norman was my tech this time and he did a great job !!

I liked the friendliness of all associates. I went through crisis in my life for 2 years and finally thought of repairing car. I felt the pricing could have been better for first time buyer. A mechanic from another store qouted very less price for the service. I felt the pricing model was at higher end but not rip-off. I wished as first time purchaser I could have received a better price for the service. Pros: Friendliness, suggestion and accessibity Cons: Pricing higher end (not a dealer), took 5 hours and waited outside (first day of raining in the year), pushy on purchasing services

I brought some wheels in for new tires to be mounted and balance. All of he parts were mine. I simply had the staff do the install (mounting&balance). The service was quick, and benign.
