I purchased four sets of tires - Howie was great, the price was good and we are very satisfied!

Quick assessment of our need, great price and very fast in completing replacing two tires.

My fiance and I were in the process of trying to evacuate our horse out of the Calaveras Hills, and we desperately needed tires on the horse trailer (one was separating BADLY, and all were 12 years old). We called ahead and were told that we would be able to get taken care of quickly. That is quite the understatement. We were out the door in 30 minutes with four new tires on our horse trailer. We cannot thank the staff at this location enough, they took a LOT of stress off our back by having our tires replaced so quickly. I am happy to report that the horse was safely evacuated (hours before the mandatory evacuation was put in place) and currently living his best life at a friends ranch in Gilroy, all thanks to the professionals at Big O. THANK YOU!!!

I came in Friday and chose tires. Sat am rcvd call they were in. Came in and had them installed. Not only was the sales team incredibly informative they were very professional and helpful! I waited for my vehicle and even the alignment team took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I really appreciated the incredible customer service! During this crazy time everyone still made this tire purchase the most convenient, friendly and speedy process ever! Thank you!

Kaila Wulff was the main associate that aided me during my visit. She was very kind and helpful, even to suggest a more sensible choice. I came in to get 4 new tires, I left with only paying for a repair and a free alignment. There was an issue in communicating when my vehicle would finish and did take around 4 hours to get the job completed, but during these times - I fully understood the workload the 2 associates present were under. Kaila showed professionalism and empathy when apologizing for the lack of communication. Great service, although it is not Pacific Tire speed, it matched customer service. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend this location as well.

The experience there was satisfying. They did what they said they were going to do. The prices were good.

This particular Big O tire store was once Pacific Tire Outlet which was the de-facto place for tires in Milpitas. Under the stewardship of Phil Sweat, customers got great deals and fantastic. The current manager, Frank, was with Phil for 23 years and we're glad to see that he's now in management to keep the level of service at the level we became accustomed to seeing.
