thanks to kayla*(sp) for taking my car within the hour and handling it with ease. i appreciate the information and that the car was handled quickly within the stafff who worked on it. -not calvin but mike. lol

Prices are great! Service is beyond satisfactory! Took less than 30 min for alignment!

All my needs were met. The associate, Kayla, was highly knowledgeable and explained products that had different price points. She emphasized with my limited budget.

The front service desk person was friendly, professional and communicated very well.

Sometimes the products are not available at the store

Tire brand

Was looking for a specific tire brand before making appointment. Website showed it was available. Upon arriving for the appointment I was told they didn't carry it. Instead of expecting to replace one tire I had to replace all four. Bate and switch.

One suggestion: please provide a print out of initial estimation, though it is explained verbally.

I guess it was a busy for them.
