Big O Tires

I bought 2 tires as my right side rear and front had gone bad. I had clearly asked for left rear to be put in right front and the new tires to be put in rear. While this was done to my satisfaction, the air pressure of the tire that was taken from left rear to right front was kept the same. Ideally, it should have been lowered to 32psi but this was not done. I had asked if this was done and the answer was yes. When i checked the tire pressure it showed 35psi

The employee did not know how to look up my order or parts ordered.

Overall the experience was great. I would say the only minor issue was ensuring the final price prior to showing up to the appointment was the actual price. It was just for tires but there was an alignment fee as well that increased the price. Would have been helpful if that was mentioned on the phone conversation prior to showing up to the appointment. But, overall the staff was friendly, wait time was reasonable, and the service was well done.

I did not experienced any problems scheduling and purchasing of the tires because everyone helped me are professional and very helpful from the beginning. I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the services you provided

From my seat inside, I watched mechanic service my car then move it to parking lot. I wasn't sure if it was done so stayed seated. Finally after a half hour I asked at desk if my car was ready. He should have notified me my car was done.

I make an appoint at 8 am , but my car has been wait for 45 mins to start the service.

Need more explanations about my old tires , why does it make noise? …

I was highly satisfied by the customer service and time it took to complete my service. I am not happy with the overall price of the tires but that has nothing to do with the service I received.

After the service at Milpitas store, "Check Engine" light is on. I want Big O Tire store to find out why and correct this asap; The technician did not put the new purchased 2 tires at front as promised my Christien, the sale. Please correct this and place two new tires on the front and balance all wheels again. Price is high. Milpitas store, please give me a call 7814924417 asap. Harry Gao
