I was told clearly that I would be charged $35 for fixing a flat tire (it had a nail on it). Turned out the nail did not go through, and Big O Tires charged me nothing. What a nice way of doing business!

Total time including first contact by calling, estimation, installation and payment was only one hour which was amazing.
