Big O Tires

I had booked my appointment and received confirmation. When I arrived, they were unable to pull up my appointment notes, and they did not have the tires in stock. I had to wait longer while they went to pick up the tires from another facility.

The only thing I noticed was that there was a backlog of vehicles in which I had to wait 15-20 mins before my vehicle was brought in, despite having a scheduled appointment. If the backlog was fixed, then I give higher rating

I was quoted 1-1.5 hours for services but waited 3.5 hours. Around the 2 hour mark I had to ask for an update rather than someone telling me that it was taking longer than expected.

Time took a little too long for an oil change and headlight replacement. Service took roughly 2hrs from check in to check out.

The website doesn't show the tires I want are unavaiable when I booked an appointment. And I had to change to other tire that i didn't check before.

Good and fast service, although alignment is still off. Will revisit to redo.

Came to the shop before 8 and left almost 10, 2 hours of total time for just oil change and tires change

I understand the situation of being busy since it started raining. Though I went in for a simple oil change & wheel rotation and made an appt for 9:00am. I waited for my car which they knew and said they would try and put it in as quick as possible and said it would take around an hour and a half. My vehicle was done @ 12:15pm. I just feel with an appt it should take priority & shouldn't take 3 hrs & 15 minutes. There may be some type of efficiency or system process that can be changed to accomplish this. Just my thoughts and opinions.

Associates don't listen, when I made appt I was telling him my model of my car and told her didn't need it, so it caused wrong part ordered then associate told not to rotate tires as I had it done the day before and they did it anyway!! Staff doesn't listen!!!

Waiting room is too hot, very uncomfortable
