Oil change and tire rotation should be done in an hour but was quoted 1.5 hours and a call when it's done. Returned 2 hours later, no call but vehicle was done and waiting. When I got home I noticed that the vehicle on the paperwork was NOT my vehicle, it was the same type but not mine. My name and number but the wrong VIN, wrong license plate, wrong milage. So my paperwork for the oil change is garbage to me and the other person. I can't put that invoice in my maintenance record. I notified the manager on duty and he was very nice and said he'd email me a corrected invoice but I never got it.

It is only my second visit, and am still getting to know Big O. I like the fact that it is a local business in my neighborhood and am in the process of building trust :).. so far it has been a good experience!

I booked an appointment and when I received confirmation, I called the store to tell them previous companies had problems finding my filter, could they please let me know if they would be able to find my filter. I was told they would figure it out when I get here, I said I didnt want to waist anyones time if you can not find it. I was told they'd figure it out. It took 2 hours to find my filter. I feel it they would of took my information over the phone and then they could have sourced the filter prior to my arrival and I would not have had to wait over 2 hours for my car.

I would rate "Highly Satisfied" with the installation, and customer interaction with all of the employees, both the service desk and the mobile service. Why I did not provide the highest overall rating was more due to the online signup and follow-up process. I bought my tires from TireRack.com, and I did all of the follow-through of confirming that Big O received the tires, setup and confirmation of the installation appointment. It should have been more automatic; that is, at least have me be able to schedule the date and time of the service. I had to call the contact number 3x to send me the appointment confirmation and actual time frame when the installers were arriving, and confirm that you've received the tires. Your BigO app/online ordering site should have taken care of all of this. If you want, please feel free to call me at 408-406-3516, and I can step you through the process, and give you in detail of what should be improved. For many other customers, I think they'll be put off by the process. Thanks.

There work is good but a little bit long hours of waiting I wait 3 hours and they lack of customer service I don’t know it’s done already but nobody else would tell us

the coupon I received and presented was not applicable. The associate told me their offer in store is actually better than coupon price and if I want to apply the coupon it will be even more expensive at the end.

All experiences were okay but what I was unhappy about was that the alarm to my car got disconnected and was not working. Suspicious due to you have my address and very easy to get a car with a car that alarm has been disconnected. Pretty upset with that.
