There work is good but a little bit long hours of waiting I wait 3 hours and they lack of customer service I don’t know it’s done already but nobody else would tell us

the coupon I received and presented was not applicable. The associate told me their offer in store is actually better than coupon price and if I want to apply the coupon it will be even more expensive at the end.

All experiences were okay but what I was unhappy about was that the alarm to my car got disconnected and was not working. Suspicious due to you have my address and very easy to get a car with a car that alarm has been disconnected. Pretty upset with that.

Helpful customer service and friendly

Received car with 4 new tires but 2 of the 4 directional wheels were installed on the wrong side of the car. Problem was quickly corrected and I am happy with the purchase.

On my first time, I called and asked if I need to make an appointment for oil change the person who answered told me it’s not needed and it’s not busy so I went to the shop ay Milpitas ASAP but when I reached there I talked to the person in there and told me that I have to leave the car and it will take 2 hours to wait. I’m so surprised and told him that I just called and the other guy told me to bring the car because there is not much customer. I did not argue and just left.

It takes a lot to stand out above the rest and deserve a highly satisfied rating with me. I had no issues here, pricing was ok... nothing fantastic other than the friendly demeanor of the people at the desk.

I talked to an associate the day prior and mentioned I can’t make the appointment. He said no problem, tires are here so when ever your ready. I came the next day, a different associate (2 guys trying to help me) didn’t know how to look my appointment from yesterday up nor did they know if there were tires for me. The associate that I talked yesterday showed up and new exactly how and what to do.

The price quoted on the website was not fully accurate with the out the door price and I believe it would be better to know the full price upfront. I ended up paying more than 50% over the quoted price.

only one issue - the tires I purchased were already over 3 years old, and no discount was offered.
