I had a flat tire on rear driver side. We did examine tire for nail and was in center of tire and repairable. Once they took car inside and they took my wheel in corner door and came back with side nail which can not br repaired. We know that we did not noticed that nail because Tow service filled with air and air was still there. Look like someone sabotage my wheel and insert screw drive 3 in ros inside and showed us. I do like to make money some one sabotage my repair to buying new tire and paid $400. I was affried to discuss with them. I will not visit place like this where they sabotage and make more money.

I've had great service at Milpitas Big O Tires in the past. This time, either the schedulers or the technicians screwed up and my car was ignored until I pestered the front desk enough to realize that nobody was working on my vehicle. It took an extra long time to get an oil filter for my car, which had I known was going to occur, I would have taken an Uber home early in the morning, rather than waiting around all day for the oil change to be finished. So the waste of my time was partially my fault. But had I not been there to pester the front desk, my vehicle would have been ignored the entire day. The scheduling and execution of jobs at this store needs to be more closely managed.

Was told brake fluid was dirty, My inspection revealed it is clean, found drips of contaminets on engine. Felt pressure to have work done that was not needed. Very unlikey to return to this store, which has not been the case at other Bog O stores, where I left feeling confident the work being done. This store is just a money grab

Communication to customers that specified that they’re waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. I was not notified that my alignment was completed while I waited in the lobby and could have waited less. Only when I saw my car parked and notified cust service then I completed the payment. Communication is Key

I wish staff were notified of pricing or any changes to the services paid for and when done through a span of days. I got there and no one knew what my quote was or even that I had an appointment. They tried their best to communicate and fix the issue but it was more difficult because there was a lack of communication between staff

The online tires availability info needs to be updated so when purchasing the selected tires (labelled as in-stock) online, it is indeed available. Customer should not show up onsite at the appointment date to find out tires not available without being informed ahead of time. Also, when the customer service re-scheduled appointment because of tires availability, on the next appointment, the tires should be ready for installation. Customer should not be waiting for another hour because the store has yet to get tires from the warehouse. Any deposit that requires in order to get the tires ordered, customer must be informed. In my case, I was only informed of the deposit requirement on the day of the re-scheduled appointment.

This is my 2nd visit to solve a issue with my vehicle. The first visit the manager had a serious attitude problem, with vulgar language in a threatening matter. As long as big o is get paid , they don’t care .

I waited for the tech to tell me what was the status of my car. An hour passed no one came back to tell me. I had to asked...then I found out that the rotors that Big O installed last October need to be resurfaced...then I waited another 45 mins. James is not customer service oriented. Once he checks you in, you are ignored. Another guy was there who was heavy weight...he has more means of customer service. Wish Kaila was still there..She was great and Frank who used to work for Pacific Tire. Might not return here.

The associates at this location seemed like they couldn't care less about me. I communicated this was my first time, but I will not be going back. There was a lack of options for tires at my price point, I would have paid more for a better tire but none was recommended. My alignment report was not explained to me but I was asked in a condescending manner if I ran over a lot of curbs. My car was a rental before I owned it, I don't know the whole history of the car and I doubt most people who buy used cars do either. I asked to keep my left front tire and discussed ordering a wheel prior to my appointment. The associate said we could discuss it on the day of service. Not only did he completely forget to keep the tire for me and I had to wait for it to be found, but we never discussed wheel options at all. When I came up to the location, the associate greeted me but then walked away in the middle of the conversation to scream something about tamales to another associate. The associate was polite but that was it, service was a bare minimum. I would rather pay more in services for better customer support. AND I would've bought a wheel that day if it had been discussed with me.

The employee was rude and did not take time to answer questions. The price split up was not communicated and he was rushing me as I asked questions even though there was no one around. He seemed uninterested to answer me
