The employee was rude and did not take time to answer questions. The price split up was not communicated and he was rushing me as I asked questions even though there was no one around. He seemed uninterested to answer me

It took 3 hours to replace two tires. Painfully long wait times even though I was told it would only be 1-1.5 hours. I was late to pick up my kids and even when I asked how much longer it would be they kept saying it would only be another 20 minutes. My car was sitting in the parking lot for over an hour and that was with an appointment.

I found my engine compartment's radiator / front end - under hood cover was missing up to several Peg Clips when returned to me. I did not return the vehicle to cite the incident due to not having any evidence of the clip presence prior to BOT's repairs. The missing clips is an inconvenience that I can recover from however, I know now to ask for a repair inspection post repairs in the near future.

The Big OTires seems not keep the customer car service record well. I have paid for 3 years wheel alignment from 11/2022 to 11/2025. But the associate said no, she said my wheel alignment has been expire and if I want to order this work, I have to pay $129. Also, I completed the transmission oil change and coolant flushing last visit , but the associate recommend on the paper due to no record on their system. They even recommend for Power Steering oil change service for my PRIUS !!!

As a customer who has chosen Big O Tires for my vehicle maintenance needs, I expected a level of professionalism and honesty that was unfortunately not met during my recent visit. On the aforementioned date, I brought in my vehicle due to a tire issue. Despite the tire being relatively new, with only 9,000 miles of wear, I noticed it was losing air and sought professional assistance to identify and fix the problem. Upon inspection, the associates at the Milpitas CA branch informed me that the tire could not be repaired and that a replacement was necessary. I found this advice puzzling, given that the tire was not completely flat and seemed to have a considerable amount of life left in it. When I questioned the necessity of a replacement and expressed my desire to have the tire re-examined or simply reinstalled so I could seek a second opinion, the associates were unaccommodating. They refused to re-mount the tire and instead pressured me into purchasing a new one.

I was charged $410 for a regular battery, which cost $150 in Homedepot. I know that prices may vary from one place to another, and I'm not complaining about the labor price, which I completely understand. However, a 200% increase in price is too much.
