The brand new tires installed to my car is over 18 months old. The sales person insisted this is normal after installation. He told me that the manufactured date of tires is important to convince to replace my old tires. However, he told me the manufactured date does not matter as long as it's covered by warranty after I told him the newly installed tires are over 18 months old.

The online estimate was different from what was quoted by the shop until I brought it up. Appointment times were not honored and were treated like walk ins.

Team member advised that I should do alignment and they will check free before they process it. The alignment was not checked.

First they they told me the car is ready, but later on found out that they didn’t change the tires at all. They brought the car back to the lift and change it. Took 3 hrs . They promised they can finish in 1 and a half hr

I had a set of 4 new tires in my trunk, and all service I needed was tire installation. The issue was that manager said to come the next morning at 9 am so I can receive tire service faster. I came the next morning at 9 am and waited for 3 hours, and got late for my job. The unexpectedly bad appointment process and broken words. If we have issues with respecting each other's time, and broken promises, then how can business be made with such people?

Please train your staff not to be mad at customers. One of your staff member gave me a quote for tires and oil service. When I came to pick up my car, I saw I was charged more than the quote. Since there was no communication during the service on the extra charge, I have asked your associate if they can adjust the price and make it promised price. Your associate told me the person who prepared the quote made an error and called that person. The person who prepared the quote came angrily banging the door and slamming the keyboard to make adjustment on the quote and went back into the repair area banging the door again. Please train your associates to prepare correct quotes and more importantly train your associates not to be mad at the customer when the mistake was made by the associate.

The sociate who served the customer should be trained well for explaining the cost and process of the service.
