Would recommend to have online updated to the actual tires that are in the warehouse. Order tires online I made an appointment, dropped off vehicle just to find the wrong tire for the wrong truck because tires that were chosen online were not at warehouse. Dropped off truck at 9 o'clock in the morning appointment was at 10 o'clock then I get truck until 1:45 PM

Don't tell me it's less than 2 hours to repair a tire flat if it's going to take 3 hours. I was waiting there the whole time, and I let the person who took care of the order know about it from the beginning. He told me it will be 2 hours and maybe less. I ended up waiting 3 hours.

After service, the customer should be explained in detail the work done , issues found. They try to hurry in checking out the customer without proper communication.

They added protection policy without letting me know. I wasn’t made aware of the charges until after the fact and when I called them, they said it wasn’t cancelable because I said. No one went over the invoicing with me or let me know the charges

Got a quote from the team on Tuesday, showed up for service on Saturday and they did not honor the quote they increased the prices of several parts/services like oil change labor air cabin filter etc. even though the product code was the same the price was different. They were charging me for 10 quarts of transmission fluid change on Honda civic, I googled the quantity required and found out it was 4 quarts. When i questioned them they admitted it was a mistake and revised the final bill to reflect that. Overall they were off by $100 through all the mistakes. I should receive some compensation for this disservice since i was a loyal customer of Big O tires.

Came for brake fluid change. I don't think they bleed the brakes. There was no sign of rubber nipples being taken off they were all in same position I could tell cause factory paint dot. They might have taken some fluid from top and then topped it off. I will not go too Big O again.

It's very difficult to schedule mobile service. Requests often go without any response until much later. I understand there's probably a lot of business coming your way, so perhaps you just need more staffing?

I was told 1-1/2 hours. I waited in the waiting room. After 2 hours I went into the garage and saw a group of workers talking. I asked them when my car will be done. They asked which car and told me it’s been done for a long time. Then one of them met me in the office. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, he said they were very busy and short handed. No feeling of a sincere apology for making me wait too long. My wife was upset with me for taking too long, which just made me more dissatisfied with the service. I think they were just not diligent or conscientious enough, or respectful of my time. Plus when I asked how long they thought these tires should last me, they said maybe a year or two. Gave me the impression that these tires are not worth the price. Anyway not feeling good about the purchase or service…

My car was towed to the shop because i hit a hole in the road and blew out two tires, while they did mention there was an issue when they tried to align the left front tire, no one said anything about how my ride was bent! How does that not come up in the conversation? like hey did you know your wheel is bent and you should probably not drive it?

Only 2 of the probably dozen employees were wearing masks. None were social distanced, they were inside my vehicle without masks and did not sanitize after service. These practices are mandatory and staff did not adhere.
