Do not tear my lug stud off. I did not cross thread them. They were going to charge me 185 dollars to replace something that your mechanics broke. Unsatisfactorily.

Brand new tire clearly repairable but the shop wants to sell a new tire. The price is also the highest in the market compared to OEM and other shops. The tire was repaired fine by a third party. Not going to BigO tires ever again, don't trust their judgement anymore

Don't take your customers for granted. If you are talking to a customer, finish his service first and then move on. You being busy serving multiple customers at the same time could be good for the agent commission and company revenue but it can't come at a cost of providing a basic customer service.

If a customer's original tires are missing after they've been replaced give a refund for the original price. Do not install tires that aren't capable without recommending wheel spacers to fit properly. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Had an appointment Jan2, 2023 0800am. Waited 3 hours before they said they need a part, but car would be done by 5pm. Return at 5pm, car not ready had to leave it over night. Promise car would be ready next day, came to pickup car 3pm, paid my bill, car still has the same problem. Left the car a second day. On Jan 4, 2023 arrived to pickup car at 4pm. Still not ready, had to wait 3 hours. They charged me a second time for parts and labor

Makes no sense to make an appointment online when you have to wait 4 hours for service. Also miscommunication with rotation. Was told the car was ready but never did the rotation as requested. Never checked the rear window wiper as requested.

Went in for an oil change, when I received the vehicle back I drove home with a strong smell of oil. Got home opened the hood to find the oil cap completely missing and oil sprayed everywhere in the engine, hood and everywhere.

Very poor communication from the reps Something that takes a few house took me 2 days all because of lack of communication and still my issue is not yet resolved. I am still waiting to get back my spare
