Big O Tires

The associates are crooks. They charged me for an alignment I did not asked for and tires warranty. When asked he stated it was part of the package. After denying to pay they started removing some of the charges. Crooks F+

1. It took seven hours for a job that took me forty-five minutes on my own. 2. Parts were ordered incorrectly and had me wait until they received the correct parts. 4. They offered a 60 dollar discount and a 60 dollar rebate for seven hours of waiting!!! 5. Chairs in the lobby are very uncomfortable. 6. Labor cost is significantly overpriced. 7. Vending machines and restrooms should be open to customers. 8. The Representative made a very inappropriate joke. It made me feel very uncomfortable. 9. No update on the status of my vehicle until I asked first. I feel like this business has lots of potentials but fails to provide good customer service.

Manager is a poor representative of big o tire Intake staff very poor representation of big o tire This outlet was bought from an independent tire dealer which I frequented for years. Today that business representation is gone. I’m truly shocked at the business today and how big o tire does business. Definitely will never recommend big o tire to anyone.

I arrived at 9:30. Issues with the appointment I set up online. The tires I wanted were not in stock. This should of been checked before I arrived and before someone confirmed my appointment. This was not the issue in itself, but I understand things like this happen. What I'm upset about was not the waiting but the lack of communication the technician had with your service writers. The technician left my car in his lift and left. He left for maybe 30 to 40 minutes. My car was in his bay for 2 hours. The shop was not busy, the technician and service writers lack of awareness is what I'm upset about. Who leaves while tires are being installed? Other technicians were available and just standing around. I figured the technician had an emergency but that was not the case. I heard another technician tell the service writer " He just left and left the car" the service writer asked why did he leave? They did not know that I was the one waiting for the car and at this point it was already 11 am. My car was not finished until pass 12:00. I gave myself time to calm down but this is just horrible customer abuse.

Please train your employees not to raise his voice and point finders at customer while talking. Please train your employees to share the accurate information to your customers. What’s the point of making a reservation if it would take the same time as walk-in? Associated attempted to complete transaction and gave me a wrong car key that belonged to someone else. All in all, your employee blame customers and talk sh*t loudly behind the counter which I could clearly hear.

Bad experience with big o tires. It was my first time there at the Milpitas location. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours MAX! It took them that long just to bring the car in to work on it. It actually took them 5 hours. Not only that but they checked off my check list as if everything was good and nothing needed replacement. They did my alignment without noticing my strut was leaking fluid from it. Now I have to replace my strut and I paid for an alignment for nothing. They obviously didnt inspect everything like they said they do.

1) gave him cash and he is asking me if i want the .17 cents back. i felt really cheated for the next reason. 2) i was told the tire wall had damage. i said ok. thought about it later after the money exchange fiasco, this person lied about the tire damage to sell a tire. i wasn't shown the damaged tire upon pick up. 3) lastly after that experience made it clear to not purchase a set of tires for my truck which i got at american tire depot. 4) stealing from people is an excellent way to lose business.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. These people cannot be trusted. I went in with issue of low tire pressure they fraudulently tricked me to replace my tires giving me an incorrect reason. Next even after replacing the tires i saw the same issues; after taking my car back there was just no one wiling take responsibility. After 30mins of talk they looked and found out the issue was with the rim. I had no option but to get the rim fixed by them since i had already paid them money for tires and labour charge for install , alignment. I would never want anyone to go through this horrible experience. Even if you end up going there please get a second opinion from other mechanics before falling into their trap of replacing tires. They don’t seem to care about finding out the issue but just want to earn money by tricking customers.
