My driver window was damaged while my tire was being serviced. It would not roll up when it was back being serviced. The mechanic forced the window up breaking the track and jamming the window against the side rubber piece. I took the car to my mechanic and the window computer system was severely damaged costing me a total of $400.00. I had my car serviced only a few weeks prior to this tire being purchased and no issue had been present.

I purchased road hazard warranty along with my 2 tires few months ago. The sales associate wanted me to pay for mounting a balancing, in addition to purchaing a new road hazard warranty. Your contract clearly states that labor and workmanship is included. Fine. Then the staff told me that my tire is not repairable and I would have to get it replaced. Then I stood there for about 10 minutes on the shop floor. The person working on my car went to do an alignment on another car. I went in to ask about status, and the staff told me he was searching for a tire online, they did not have mine in stock. After another 10 minutes, he came out and told me he couldnt find anything at all and I would have to pay the difference of a more expensive tire. I did not think this is right. After all it is not the customer's fault that BigO did not have my size. Then the staff got rude. He told me "it's not my fault either I don't own the store." Then he brought out his "manager". The manager was even more ignorant. He actually blamed me saying "its not my fault YOU drove on a flat tire and ruined it" He obviously doesnt know if you have a flat tire, you cant just stop anywhere. very unhappy.

I notice my car was taken, thinking the person was that driving 40 minutes past and then I realized my car was parked I had to get up and go to the front desk and about my car when I realized it was just parked and receptionist not aware. They notice my car had been done when I asked, there excuse was that the person who finished my car tend to not give a notice about the job being finished so it seemed like it wasn’t the first time they had people waiting for a long period of time.If the company knows that there is one person causing problems and customer insatisfacción I don’t understand why they must work there if that person doesn’t care about the service and the time a customer has to waste because of them not communicating.More likely I won’t be returning.

I call at roughly 3:45, I was asking about a transmission flush. The person on the phone told me they could get it done today. I was at the store and checked in by 4:15. I was informed that I was next up in the bay. After an hour goes by, car is still in the parking lot. I was again informed that I was next up. By 6:00 car is taking in to the bay by 6:15 they informed me they don't even have the right transmission fluid for my vehicle! Then the guy says we are short handed due to covid. I told him I was already here for more than 2 hours!He just says not his fault. What a waste of precious time. What a horrible experience!

the big o prices are way higher than pricing I found on the internet. I had to call ahead to check and then bring in a ad from walmart to get a decent price onthe tire. THen I had to pay tire install fee, fee for the air pressure sensor (not normal - extra fee), etc. They tried to up-sell me on additional products. Your free flat tire fix does not include the whole tire only about 50% of tire. For the whole tire you need to pay extra (not normal). Then they work on my car and try to tell me I need new wipers, cabin filter, air filter and brake fluid changed. I change the wipers, cabin and air not that long ago. I did not op for these additional services. It is a big disappointment compared to the old Pacific Tire Outlet where I felt the owner gave me great tires at a very good price without trying to up-sell me on other services. He only recommended what I needed. On the invoice it was very hard to see the true tire price I had to use my calculator to verify. After this visit, I do not trust Big O at all.

I’m extremely unsatisfied with my service as the staff at big o tires Milpitas were trying to charge me about 200 dollars more for the front side under armor of my car claiming it needed to be replaced when it was only missing a screw! Thank goodness I have someone who knows about cars and he fixed it for me. This is not all, my oil filter was not balanced and mounted correctly, it was hitting the splash shield. I do drive a lot and out of town often and should anything have happened to my car on the road, I would’ve definitely considered legal action against that shop.
